We ask that all courses are paid for at the point of booking, this will secure the place(s). Please read our terms and conditions below before making your payment.

Workshop Booking Terms & Conditions

Cancellations made more than 4 weeks before the date of the course will be refunded in full apart from an administration fee of 3% of the booking fee (“Administration Fee”) if you paid by credit or debit card. This is to cover the charges made by our payment provider. The closer to the date of the course that you cancel the more difficult it is for us to resell the place. We therefore have a cancellation policy which is as follows:

  • if you cancel within 2 weeks of the date of the course, we will retain 50% of the cost of the course;
  • if you cancel within 48 hours of the date of the course or don’t attend the course we will retain 80% of the cost of the course.

However if we can resell your place on the course we will offer a full refund minus the Administration Fee. We reserve the right to cancel the course at any time, in which case a full refund will be made. We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to your property unless caused by our negligence. Arrangements can be subject to alteration. We will endeavour to give you reasonable notice of any change in arrangements but this may not be possible in the event of an emergency or ill health.
