This privacy policy sets out how Owl and Monkey (‘we’/’us’) use and protect any information that you give us when you use our website.

We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.  Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, that information will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

We may change this policy by updating this page.  You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 1st January 2012.

Our website may contain links to other websites of interest.  However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement.

What we collect

When you order on-line Owl and Monkey needs to collect certain information to fulfil your order.  As such by placing an order you give us your consent to use your personal details for processing your order, processing your payments and fraud detection.

You have the right to require us to correct any inaccuracies in your data free of charge. If you wish to exercise this right you should:

·   Put your request in writing

·   Provide us with enough information to identify you (e.g account number, username, registration details)

·   Specify the information that is incorrect and what it should be replaced with.

You also have the right to ask us to stop processing your personal data for direct marketing purposes. If you wish to exercise this right you should:

·   Put your request in writing (an email sent to funky@owlandmonkey.co.uk with a header that says 'Unsubscribe' is acceptable)

·   Provide us with enough information to identify you (e.g account number, username, registration details)

·   If your objection is not to direct marketing in general, but to direct marketing by a particular channel (e.g email or telephone) please specify the channel you are objecting to.

Requests for Data we hold about you

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address.  We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
